  • Administer regional payroll and benefits, acting as the liaison with external providers in both countries.
  • Champion company culture and initiatives within the UK and India, driving engagement and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Lead the people and culture integration strategy during mergers and acquisition, conducting cultural diagnostics, identifying gaps, and designing structured integration roadmaps.
  • Serve as the HR change agent, driving organisational alignment, harmonisation of policies, and consistent employee experience across merged entities.
  • Bridge cultural, operational, and behavioural differences by facilitating and alignment workshops, communication frameworks, and change engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to unify teams under a shared identity, shared goals, and common performance standards.
Learning & Development (approx. 50%)
  • Design, develop, and execute a global Learning & Development strategy that aligns with our business objectives and company values.
  • Conduct training needs analyses across all departments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e‑learning content on topics such as leadership, management skills, communication, and professional development.
  • Develop clear career pathways and development frameworks to support internal mobility and succession planning.
  • Manage the L&D budget and relationships with external training vendors.
  • Establish key metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all training initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership.
Others
  • Monitor vendor management based on Service level agreement (SLA), raise POs, validate invoices for processing, and oversee the renewal/non‑renewal of agreements
  • Participate in HR projects/initiatives and provide support in tasks as assigned, e.g. HR project
