Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Pune is seeking a Human Resources Manager to ensure the efficient running of the HR department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Ideally you hold a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management, with at least two years of experience as HR Manager in a larger operation. Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
