Job summary

Teamone Financial Services in Pune seeks an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & People Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations.

You will partner with business leaders to hire across Relationship Managers, Operations, and other functions, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while aligning with compliance and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate employee records.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and help build a high-performance culture.
