Job summary

LEDFlex Group in Hyderabad seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in India. You will oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle for 80+ staff and help build a scalable people function as we grow.

The role requires 10+ years HR leadership, strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and a collaborative leadership style to align HR with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management and best practices.
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws, compliance requirements and employee relations.
• Proven experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Experience designing training, development and career growth initiatives.
• Ability to use HR data, HRIS systems and reporting tools to support business decisions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join LEDFlex Group and lead our HR function in India.

Our Hyderabad office is now home to 80+ employees, and we're growing quickly. We're looking for someone who can help us build the people function needed for the next stage of that growth.

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership responsibility

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technology-driven organisations preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• A confident and decisive leader who can take ownership, make sound judgement calls and provide clear direction when managing people matters
• A firm yet collaborative approach, with the ability to balance employee support with business needs and organisational standards
