LED Flex LTD in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to support the product lifecycle from concept to launch. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in the LED Lighting industry, with strong communication and technical skills. The Specialist will coordinate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product design, and deliver training sessions. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the LED Lighting industry.
• Strong knowledge of LED Lighting and its terminologies.
• Ability to understand LED Lighting datasheets, IES files.
• Must have knowledge of product development and testing.
• Familiar with IEC, BIS and UL Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Teams for seamless communication.
• Contribute to Product Design and refine user experience.
• Conduct sample testing to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in planning product launches and training sessions.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist with a keen interest in technology and design to join our dynamic team! If you have a background in Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering, experience in the Lighting industry, and enjoy presenting training sessions or speaking to teams, we want to hear from you. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the entire product lifecycle—from concept and design to production and post-launch support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, technical support, and project management, to ensure high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to present training sessions, lead discussions with internal teams, and communicate complex ideas effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, has a creative eye for product design, and enjoys engaging with others through presentations and team interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Teams: Ensure seamless communication between departments and track production progress.
• Contribute to Product Design: Work closely with designers to refine product functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. Provide input on emerging technologies and design trends that could enhance product offerings.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct sample testing and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Support Product Launches: Assist in planning and executing successful product introductions, including preparing and delivering training sessions to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on technological advancements that could influence future product iterations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and reports.
• Market Research: Analyze trends, assess competitive products, and provide insights to guide product development strategies.
• Training & Presentations: Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge needed to support new products. Comfortably present information to small and large groups, adapting your communication style as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to understand LED Lighting datasheets, IES files, test reports, certificates.
• Must have knowledge of product development, testing, validation, and documentation.
• Familiar with IEC, BIS and UL Standards.
• Background in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, product design, or innovation.
• Experience delivering training sessions or public speaking is highly valued: strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
