Job summary

Republic Media is seeking a dynamic HR Manager from News or Media to lead core HR functions, with hands-on expertise in talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management for the broadcast team.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Careers pages, partner with leadership, manage HRMS processes, and monitor attrition to inform action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• MBA in HR or related specialization is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive people strategies aligned with business needs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in HRMS systems (Preferred HR One) and data driven decision making.

• More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure in Human Resource Department.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive people strategies aligned with business needs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in HRMS systems (Preferred HR One) and data driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
