Job summary

SPAN is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support our recruiting efforts in Bengaluru. This in-person 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate experience, interviewing coordination, and recruitment events.

You will work with the HR team, gain experience in marketing campaigns to attract top talent, and contribute to building a climate-focused organization driving clean energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters in HR, Business or related field required or in progress.
• Experience with G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist the TA team with Span's recruiting initiatives.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates.
• Review applicants and help schedule phone screens.
• Represent Span at recruiting and networking events.

The Role

Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting & human resources

What You’ll Do

About You

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/ Completed a Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field


• Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Stipend : INR 20,000/Month
