Job summary

SPAN is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR efforts, especially in talent acquisition. You will work with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and day-to-day recruiting operations, building a career in recruiting & human resources.

During the internship you will assist the TA team, guide candidates through interviews, review applications, schedule phone screens, and participate in recruiting events and talent campaigns at SPAN Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/ Completed a Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The Role
