Job summary

SPAN is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations.

This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting & human resources Location: Bengaluru, India; Duration: 6 months; Stipend: ₹20,000/Month; In-person role with exposure to recruiting, interviews, and employer

• Masters in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the TA team with Span’s recruiting initiatives
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates
• Review applicants and help schedule phone screens
• Represent Span at recruiting and networking events
• Support marketing campaigns designed to attract top talent

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/ Completed a Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
