Job summary

SPAN is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support talent acquisition efforts in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the HR team to deliver a positive candidate experience and assist day-to-day recruiting operations.

This 6-month in-person internship offers a path to full-time conversion based on performance. Responsibilities include assisting the TA team, guiding candidates through interviews, scheduling screens, and representing Span at events while supporting campaigns to attract top

• Experience with G Suite / Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The Role

Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations. About You

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/ Completed a Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
