Job summary

FlexiLoans in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Recruitment Associate to identify candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain recruitment databases and ATS. You will prepare and distribute recruitment documents, craft job postings, post engaging content on social media, and organize recruitment files with precision.

The role supports campus events and serves as a main point of contact for candidates while contributing to ongoing talent acquisition initiatives as the company

What You Will Work On

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job postings and offer letters.
• Help organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Assist in creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms.
• Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
