Job summary

Soulflower, Mumbai-based leader in natural aroma products, is seeking an HR Executive to drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will also support onboarding documentation, maintain HR records, attendance, and monthly reports, and assist in engagement activities and internal communications. Working days are Mon to Sat, timings 10 to 7.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Experience coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience in onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR records.

• Recruitment & talent acquisition:


• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.


• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.


• Conduct initial screening calls.


• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.


• Onboarding & induction:


• Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.


• Coordinate new-hire induction and training schedules.


• Support HR in ensuring smooth employee onboarding experience.


• Employee engagement:


• Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.


• Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze responses.


• Assist in developing internal communication material.


• HR operations & documentation:


• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.


• Assist in attendance, leave management, and monthly HR reporting.


• Support in drafting HR policies and improving existing processes.
