About the internship:

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to kickstart your career in the field? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as employment engagement, training, and development. Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Support employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive company culture.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate training programs and development opportunities for employees.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
5. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy of the company.
