Indian Trade Links in Delhi is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain records, and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience; construction/industrial sectors preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices in India.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
