• Handle employee grievances, including salary-related issues and other concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement training programs for store staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
