Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Human Resources Executive - Onboarding to collaborate with internal Operations teams on onboarding and joining formalities for new hires. You will validate documents, initiate provisioning, and coordinate with the Global Service Desk to create network IDs.

Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary diploma or degree, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, empathetic approach to supporting recruitment efforts and orientation activities.

• Must be a team player with cohesive support to Recruitment.
• High level of empathy, responsiveness and relationship orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relations skills.

Responsibilities
