Job summary

TheSmallBigIdea is seeking an HR Generalist in Mumbai to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. This role supports culture-building and ensures smooth HR processes across the organization.

You will drive engagement, plan wellness programs, handle employee queries, maintain accurate HR records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Freshers with internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience; freshers with internships welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRMS exposure is a plus.
