Web Smile India, a Noida-based web development and digital marketing company, is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure a compliant, efficient workplace. You will lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS, payroll coordination, and performance reviews, while developing fair policies and guiding cross-functional teams.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR and at least six months experience in HR; IT/digital marketing exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 6 months of working experience as an HR or similar role in HR department.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
• Strong work ethics.
• Experience in IT, web development, or digital marketing environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Attendance and travel details of the Marketing/Sales Team.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
