California Burrito is expanding and seeks a senior Talent Acquisition leader in Bengaluru to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, frontline, corporate and leadership roles. You will build strong pipelines, mentor recruiters, and partner with leaders to close critical hires as the company scales across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, corporate and leadership hiring.
• Proven team leader with ability to build and mentor a recruitment team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with business leaders.

• Ability to drive end-to-end recruitment and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Self-starter with result-driven mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive high-volume frontline hiring and ensure timely closures.
• Close corporate and leadership roles to meet business needs.
• Build pipelines for critical roles and new stores to support expansion.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition team and set recruiter targets.
• Train and mentor recruiters for consistent performance.
• Track key hiring metrics through dashboards and MIS.
• Monitor cost per hire and early attrition to optimize processes.
• Report hiring performance to management and streamline time-to-hire.
