Job summary

Food Whisperer in Bengaluru seeks an HR Executive to drive talent acquisition and onboarding in the food and hospitality sector. You will own end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and work with managers to tailor job descriptions.

The role requires 2–3 years HR experience with a recruitment focus, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management, support payroll inputs
