Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing/plant setup.
• Hands-on experience with HR operations.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Drive L&D initiatives and plant-level employee engagement activities; address grievances.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Provide actionable HR analytics and reporting to plant leadership.

Designation: Executive/ Senior Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Anand plant. The role requires strong execution capabilities across HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance, with a solid understanding of manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit

Maintain HRIS, employee records, and documentation

Drive smooth onboarding and induction programs

Process improvement initiatives

2. L&D and Employee Engagement

Drive L&D Initiatives for Anand Operations

Drive employee engagement initiatives and plant-level activities

Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution

3. Performance Management

Track KPIs and assist managers in goal-setting processes

Support Talent Development Initiatives

4. HR Analytics & Reporting

Provide actionable insights to plant leadership

Key Requirements

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing / plant setup
• Hands-on experience with HR operations
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor-driven environment
