Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full‑time, on‑site role responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Daily responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Must reside & belong to Ahmedabad | within 15 Kms of proximity to the company location
• Must be able to Labor Management & sourcing
• Must know Gujarati Language
• preferrably from FMCG or maufacturing industry
• Experience with Employee Relations and crafting HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR management systems and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus
