Job summary

HR PLACEMENT CONSULTANTS (HRPC) seeks a Lead HR Business Partner for a diversified entrepreneurial group spanning Renewable Energy, Consumer Products, Financial Services & Capital Markets, Manufacturing, and more. This senior role collaborates with Promoters and Business Heads to build the organization and talent for the next growth phase.

You will drive HR strategy, staffing, performance, succession, and governance across multiple industries, while building dashboards and optimizing people

Qualifications

• Master's/MBA in HR with 10–15 years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Industry exposure across FS, capital markets, investment banking, PE, asset management, consumer, FMCG, retail, renewable energy, or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• HRBP & Strategy: translate business priorities into people strategies and support transformation, restructuring, and expansion.
• Organisation Design & Workforce Planning: translate growth plans into manpower and capability needs aligned to budgets.
• Leadership Hiring: drive senior hiring, define role specs, assess fit, and monitor Time to Hire/Offer-to-Joining.
• Performance Management: implement PM frameworks, goal setting, annual appraisals, and PIPs.
• Talent & Succession: conduct reviews, build leadership pipelines, and manage employee relations.
• Compensation & Governance: align on compensation, benchmarking, increments, and labor-law compliance.

We are hiring a strategic and execution-focused Lead HR Business Partner for a diversified entrepreneurial group with businesses and investments across Renewable Energy, Consumer Products, Financial Services & Capital Markets, Manufacturing, and emerging sectors.

In this senior leadership role, you will work closely with Promoters, Business Heads, and Functional Leaders to build the organization and talent required for the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• HRBP & Strategy: Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies, advise on organization structure, and support transformation, restructuring, and expansion initiatives.
• Organisation Design & Workforce Planning: Translate growth plans into structured manpower and capability requirements linked to productivity and approved budgets.
• Leadership Hiring: Drive critical and senior hiring, define role specifications, evaluate candidate leadership/cultural fit, and monitor acquisition metrics like Time to Hire and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
• Performance Management: Drive practical performance management frameworks, goal-setting, annual appraisals, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Talent & Succession Management: Conduct structured talent reviews, build leadership succession pipelines, maintain employee connect via skip-level meetings, and handle employee relations.
• Compensation & Governance: Partner on compensation structures, benchmarking, annual increments, and ensure compliance with labor laws and group policies.
• People Analytics & Operations: Build HR dashboards covering cost, headcount vs. budget, hiring aging, and attrition while overseeing HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Master's/MBA in HR (Bachelor's in Business/HR required) with 10–15 years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Industry exposure across Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Consumer, FMCG, Retail, Renewable Energy, or Manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen, hands‑on execution focus, data‑driven mindset, and the ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
