Weekday AI client is seeking an experienced HR Leader to drive the people agenda for a growing organization in the Financial Services/BFSI sector. This senior role shapes and executes the overall HR strategy, strengthening talent, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Mandatory experience within the Financial Services/BFSI sector.
• Strong business partnering and executive stakeholder-management capabilities.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in senior HR leadership roles
• Mandatory experience within the Financial Services/BFSI sector
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
• Strong expertise across performance management, talent management, succession planning, L&D, compensation, OD, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation and change management initiatives
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder-management capabilities at senior leadership levels
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and strengthen organizational capabilities
