About the role

A strategic role aligning HR with business goals, acting as a liaison between leadership and HR, focusing on talent management, performance, change, and culture, coaching managers, driving data‑led solutions, and managing the employee lifecycle (hiring to exit) within a specific business unit to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with City Heads, Ops Managers, and Supervisors on people execution
• Drive frontline manpower planning, hiring quality, and fast onboarding
• Own attendance, productivity, and attrition metrics for field teams
• Lead performance management, PIPs, and corrective actions
• Handle employee relations, grievances, misconduct, and terminations
• Ensure labour law, statutory, and contractor compliance
• Enable supervisor capability in people handling and discipline
• Drive engagement, retention programs, and field connect initiatives
• Use daily/weekly HR dashboards to support business decisions.

Location & commitments

Employment type : Full‑time, Permanent

Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Candidate requirements

• Experience : 10+ years of management experience in HR
• Skills required : Comfortable working in a highly visible role, Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes, Positive, go‑getter attitude, Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure, experience in Microsoft suite and HR softwares.
