Job summary

Project Recruit in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a growing business function. You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, employee relations, reporting, and operational delivery while building a high-performing workforce.

The role requires strong HR expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will design and implement HR policies and processes from the ground up, align them with business

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a human resources business partner, generalist or labor relations role.
  • Experience in People Operations, HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, or similar strategic HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting workforce planning within a growing organisation.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working independently to design and implement HR systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters, including grievances, attendance management, and employee engagement.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, new hire processes, and recruitment activities.
  • Proven ability to deliver management or leadership training programmes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a track record of driving initiatives through to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience producing reports, interpreting data, and presenting insights.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to quickly understand business needs and adapt accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for developing people, improving processes, and contributing to the long-term success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic workforce planning and organisational growth.
  • Lead and execute people operations initiatives while ensuring exceptional day-to-day delivery.
  • Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and management information to support business decision-making.
  • Analyse workforce data and provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and attendance management.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire set-up to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
  • Support recruitment activities, including coordinating hiring processes and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Deliver and coordinate management training programmes to develop leadership capability across the business.
  • Design, develop, and implement HR policies, systems, and processes from the ground up, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and become a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
  • Support leadership teams through organisational change and business growth initiatives.
  • Manage internal social events and engagement activities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve people processes, systems, and operational efficiency

This role requires an individual who combines strong HR expertise with excellent leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and operational execution.
