Omega Healthcare in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner for a large delivery account with 1,000+ employees. The IC role will partner with Delivery and Operations leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, performance management, talent development, and engagement.

Future opportunities to lead a team are envisaged. The role requires 10–12 years HR experience including 8–9 years as HRBP, with strong stakeholder management and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall HR experience.
• 8–9 years of HRBP experience supporting Delivery/Operations/ITES/BPO/Healthcare IT.
• Experience handling large employee populations (1,000+ preferred).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for a large delivery account supporting 1,000+ employees.

The role will partner closely with Delivery and Operations leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, attrition management, and overall business performance through effective people strategies.

This will initially be an Individual Contributor (IC) role, with future opportunities to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to support business decisions and workforce optimization.
• Lead end-to-end performance management and drive accountability, productivity, and performance improvement.
• Support managers with coaching, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
• Drive manpower planning, resource optimization, utilization, and workforce productivity.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.
• Analyze attrition trends and implement effective retention strategies.
• Conduct stay interviews and employee interventions to improve employee experience.
• Identify high-potential talent and critical roles and support succession planning.
• Partner with L&D on leadership development and future-ready capabilities.
• Manage employee relations matters, grievance resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 10–12 years of overall HR experience.
• Minimum 8–9 years of relevant HRBP experience supporting Delivery, Operations, ITES, BPO, Shared Services, Healthcare Operations, or IT organizations.
• Experience managing/supporting large employee populations; 1,000+ employees preferred.
• Strong experience in strategic HR partnering and stakeholder management.

Education

• MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
