Job summary

Jainam in Hyderabad, Telangana is seeking an HR professional to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the assigned zone and to partner with Zonal, Regional and Branch Heads on people priorities. • Drive employee engagement and retention through employee connects, stay interviews and targeted interventions.
• Manage employee relations and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends, risks and required interventions.
• Travel extensively across branches within the assigned zone to build strong business and employee connects and ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives.
