Job summary

ICICI Lombard in Chennai district is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy for the region. You will conduct interviews to assess candidate fit with our values and culture, and ensure timely joining processes.

You will engage with stakeholders to foster regional employee camaraderie, retain key performers through proactive interventions, and lead regional employee engagement activities. Compliance with policies for grievances and disciplinary matters is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in interviews to gauge candidate fitment with the company values and culture
• Ensure alignment with timelines for joining, confirmations, exits
• Engage with key stakeholders and build employee camaraderie for the region
• Ensure retention of key performers through strategic interventions
• Undertake and drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level
• Management of all employee related grievances for the assigned region
• Management of all disciplinary cases for the region, aligning with policies and regulations
