In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance tracking, and HR operations.
You’ll work closely with leadership and team managers to ensure smooth HR functioning while building a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. This role requires strong coordination, empathy, and hands‑on experience in managing HR processes and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollouts
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs through HRMS tools
- Support performance management processes, including reviews, tracking, and documentation
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and drive engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and policy implementation
- Collaborate with team leads on workforce planning and organizational needs
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations with accuracy and efficiency

- Have 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Possess strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR operations
- Be hands‑on with HRMS tools and comfortable managing HR data and reports
- Have strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Can handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism
- Be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities

Who Can Apply
