Job summary

JobHub Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Executive to source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks, and to conduct interviews to assess fit.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases, track metrics, and facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.

Salary Range

• 12k to 15k + Incentives (For Fresher)
• Upto 25k + Incentives (For Experienced)

Shift Timing:

• 10.30 am to 07.30 pm

Weekoff :

• Sunday fixed off, alternate Saturday off.
