Oleander Farms in Karjat is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our on-site recruitment team. You will source, screen and coordinate with candidates across channels, handling multiple vacancies with both freshers and experienced profiles.

This role requires strong communication and proactive follow-up to meet hiring targets while maintaining positive candidate relationships. Freshers with drive and good communication are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Understand recruitment requirements and open positions.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, references, databases, social media and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities and requirements.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location and other criteria.
• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
• Shortlist candidates and share profiles with the team.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain relationships and provide regular updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Oleander farms, karjat.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating with candidates for various requirements.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can build their career in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the company's recruitment requirements and open positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities, eligibility and job requirements.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, communication and other eligibility criteria.

• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the concerned team/client.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and provide regular updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain proper records of candidate interactions, interview status and joining details.
