The HR Manager will be responsible for managing complete HR operations while driving a culture of professionalism, accountability, and employee engagement across the organization. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, and effective coordination with all departments.

• Manage complete HR operations and administration smoothly.

• Drive implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and professional HR practices across the organization.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all HR-related work and administration.
• Manage PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and statutory activities.
• Handle attendance, leave management, salary coordination, and payroll support.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and HRMIS records.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, exit processes, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate with all departments for smooth HR operations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organizational culture.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Support recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with the recruitment team.
• Assist in implementing performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen HR systems and organizational effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

• 10-12 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, labour laws, attendance, and leave management.
• Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
