Job summary

Responsibilities

Partner with CMD and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, creative, manufacturing, design, and operations.
Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and systems.
Drive employee engagement, culture, and performance management initiatives.
Manage HR operations: joining, documentation, attendance, leaves, records, confirmations, exits.
Ensure labor law compliance and build HR analytics dashboards.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for managing the complete HR function for Della Luxury Products and building a high-performance culture aligned with our vision of creating a world-class luxury brand.

Role Overview

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR processes, compliance, and employee experience for Della Luxury Products.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Luxury Furniture, Luxury Real Estate, Luxury Interior Design Organizations, Hospitality, Premium Manufacturing, or high-growth organizations and should possess the ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can build systems, attract premium talent, strengthen culture, and partner with leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

Partner with CMD and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Build HR frameworks, policies, processes, and systems for a growing luxury products organization.
Drive organizational development initiatives and support business growth.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, creative, manufacturing, production, fabrication, design, and operational roles.
Build talent pipelines from luxury furniture, real estate, interior design, hospitality, and premium manufacturing industries.
Ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with Della's luxury standards.
Manage onboarding and employee integration processes.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Develop initiatives to create a strong employee experience and high-performance culture.
Drive employee engagement activities, communication, and recognition programs.
Build a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, accountability, and excellence.

HR Operations & Processes

Manage complete employee lifecycle processes including:

Joining formalities
HR documentation
Attendance & leave management
Employee records
Confirmation processes
Exit management

Establish HR SOPs and ensure process discipline.

Performance Management & Development

Implement performance management frameworks.
Support goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Identify learning and development needs.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Handle employee relations and workplace concerns effectively.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Prepare HR dashboards and reports.
Track manpower, attrition, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement indicators.
Provide insights to leadership for effective decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

6 to 9 years of experience in Human Resources with strong exposure to HR operations and business partnering.
Experience working with luxury brands, premium real estate organizations, luxury furniture/interior companies, hospitality, manufacturing, or design-led organizations preferred.
Strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR processes, and culture building.
Ability to work independently and establish HR systems from the ground up.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of organizational behaviour and people practices.

Education Qualification

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Preferred:

MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed institution.
Certifications in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development will be an advantage.
