Responsibilities

• Lead the complete HR spectrum — Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Partner directly with the Founder and Leadership Team to drive people strategy aligned with the brand’s luxury ethos.
• Design and implement impactful HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding experiences that reflect elegance, precision, and pride.
