Job summary

Mangatrai Jewellers is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human capital strategy, guide talent development, and oversee daily HR operations. Job description

We are looking for a HR Manager who oversees an organization's human capital, guiding talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Plan workforce needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, conduct interviews, and execute onboarding programs.
• Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, resolve workplace conflicts, handle disciplinary issues, and manage grievances.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisal systems, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, benefit programs, payroll coordination, and compensation benchmarking.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, draft employee handbooks, and maintain regulatory reporting.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate employee growth and leadership programs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of compensation administration, and recruitment metrics.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, conflict resolution, empathy, negotiation, and leadership.

Typical Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred by some organizations).
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in HR functions (such as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or Recruiter), with prior leadership or supervisory exposure.
