Role Description

The Human Resources Manager at LPS GLOBAL SCHOOL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for academic and non-academic staff. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing attendance and leave, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor and education‑sector regulations. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, supporting leadership with workforce planning, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with school leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture aligned with the schools values and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes within an educational or service‑oriented environment.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
• Proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining HRIS systems, managing payroll inputs, and handling attendance and leave records.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices relevant to schools or academic institutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct training, professional development, and capacity‑building initiatives for staff.
• Prior experience in school or education sector HR management is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
