Job summary

M/S Window Techs India in Jaipur seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for the factory, ensuring compliance with labour laws and driving recruitment and workforce planning. A background in manufacturing HR is essential to maintain a stable, well‑managed workforce.

The role involves payroll coordination, industrial relations, onboarding, training, and collaboration with EHS to align HR and safety standards. Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3–4 years managing HR for a large manufacturing/factory facility (200+ workforce)
  • Strong, current working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements applicable to factories
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment across blue‑collar, white‑collar, and trainee/GET hiring
  • Prior experience liaising with government labour authorities and handling factory inspections/audits
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full statutory compliance with all applicable central, state, and local labour laws — Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, POSH Act, and Shops & Establishments Act
  • Maintain and renew all statutory registers, licenses, and factory compliance documentation (factory license, contract labour license, etc.) on schedule
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the factory — workers, supervisors, engineers, and graduate/engineer trainees — including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Partner with plant leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization
  • Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with law and company policy
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and shift management in coordination with the finance team
  • Ensure contract labour compliance — licensing, wage payments, and statutory welfare benefits for contract workers
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports (PF, ESI, labour welfare fund, bonus, gratuity, minimum wages)
  • Run the factory's POSH Internal Committee and other grievance redressal mechanisms
  • Drive onboarding, induction, and training programs for new factory hires
  • Coordinate with the EHS/safety team to ensure HR policies align with factory safety and welfare standards
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives at the factory

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Jaipur factory. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing HR for a large manufacturing facility, deep working knowledge of local labour law compliance, and a strong track record in recruitment. This role is central to keeping the factory fully compliant, adequately staffed, and running with a stable, well‑managed workforce.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple statutory deadlines simultaneously
