Job summary

PREPCA Eduserv Private Limited is seeking a driven HR Intern to join our Pune-based team, supporting talent acquisition and candidate engagement. This is a full-time internship with a mix of office and home-based work.

You will assist in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a candidate pipeline while gaining exposure to HR processes in a fast-growing CA education platform. Stipend Rs.5,000 per month for 6 months, with PPO potential upon successful completion.

Work Description:

This is full-time, work from an office/home internship role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our HR Team, helping hire the right talent for our company.

Work Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Candidate engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interview, take confirmation calls with the candidate to ensure timely interview conduction.
• Pipeline management: Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Work Qualifications:

• Preffered Graduation Completed
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Weekly off: Sunday Fixed off (6 days working)
