Job Summary

This is a full-time HR Internship on-site role at VMax Wellness in Coimbatore. You will be supporting the Human Resources team in various tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Roles and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Candidate Screening:Assistwith theinitialreview and screening of resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and internal interview panels.
• Job Board Management: Publish and manage open positions across external job boards, corporate websites, and professional social media channels.
• Onboarding Facilitation: Prepare comprehensive orientation materials, coordinate schedules, andassistin conductingnew-hireorientations while securing all required documentation.
• Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and results orientation.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture.
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.

Requirements

• 0 - 6 months of experience in hiring.
• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in human resourcesorMasters inBusiness Administration/ MSW.
