Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Pune is seeking a recruitment professional to define and drive the resourcing strategy, turning headcount plans into precise job requirements and recruitment plans. You will lead hiring for corporate roles at entry and leadership levels, and build strong relationships with management, candidates and external sources.

You will screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, negotiate compensation and handle joining formalities, aiming to close roles within agreed SLAs while

• Define resourcing strategy and priorities for the business (Quality of Hiring, Employer Branding, Sourcing strategy).
• Translate headcount plan into clear job requirements and recruitment plan to meet targets.
• Manage hiring for corporate positions (Entry Level & Leadership).
• Individual contributor role.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with management, candidates, and external sources.
• Balance internal & external sources to optimize costs.
• Screening / shortlisting of resumes and telephonic interviews.
• Compensation negotiation and joining discussions.
• Managing joining formalities and documentation.
• Closing positions within defined turnaround time and offer-to-joining ratio.

Key Deliverables :

• Define Resourcing Strategy and deliver key priorities for the business e.g. Quality of Hiring, Employer Branding, Sourcing Strategy.
• Translating the headcount plan into clear job requirements and definition of recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery. Accountable for Recruitment targets and alignment to the resourcing model.
• Managing Hiring for corporate positions. (Both Entry Level & Leadership positions)
• Individual Contribution Role.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources.
• Maintaining the balance of internal & external sources in order to optimize costs
• Screening / Short listing of resumes & Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
• Compensation negotiation and joining a discussion.
• Managing Joining formalities and documentation.
• Closing positions within the defined turnaround time and as per defined requirements. Maintaining good offer to joining ratio.
