Job summary

Naturise Consumer Products Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for the growing business. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Experience required is 3–6 years with Hindi language knowledge as part of the profile. The position is based in Chennai within the Human Resources department of an FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years HR experience in FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, induction and probation confirmations.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and related documentation.
• Support PMS, KRA/KPI setting and performance reviews.
• Address employee queries and day-to-day HR matters.
• Drive employee engagement and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate POSH, welfare and other HR compliance initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports and dashboards.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.
• Collaborate with business teams on manpower planning and HR requirements.
• Contribute to building a strong culture aligned with company values.

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
