Job summary

Medanta in Patna is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with Nursing Leadership on manpower planning and workforce deployment for nursing staff. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities, and maintain trackers to close vacancies promptly.

The role requires handling the complete lifecycle of nursing employees, addressing queries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP roles.
• Healthcare/hospital HR or nursing recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Nursing Leadership for manpower requirements and workforce planning.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and confidentiality.
• Support audits and compliance related to nursing manpower.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
