Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll and regulatory compliance. You will administer and maintain employee records, manage grievances, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, while driving engagement and performance initiatives.

Candidates should have 2+ years HR Generalist experience, strong communication, and the ability to work
