Job summary

WebSenor Ltd in Bangalore/Udaipur is seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our IT services team. This role requires relocation or local presence and no work-from-home option.

You will manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and policy maintenance for a fast-paced enterprise environment. You should be able to collaborate with management, support onboarding, conduct reviews, handle HRIS and off-boarding, and contribute to workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to own end-to-end HR processes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact on all people-related matters.
• Maintain employee relations and focus on engagement, policy maintenance, and grievance resolution.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding including sourcing, interviewing, checks, and paperwork.
• Manage payroll and benefits, vendor relationships, enrollment, and inquiries.
• Lead annual reviews, calibrate ratings and compensation with management.
• Handle HRIS reporting, data changes, and off-boarding activities.
• Monitor time off and enforce work rules and policies.
• Oversee office administration and facilities coordination.
• Participate in other team projects as needed.

Job Role:- Human Resource Executive

The Human Resource Executive must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly. They should have a positive can-do attitude and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to tackle a project.
Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact on all people-related matters.
Maintain employee relations by partnering with management and being a resource for employees at every level while focusing on employee engagement, policy creation/ maintenance, and resolution of grievances.
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, agency relationships, interviewing, reference/ background checks, new hire paperwork, orientation, etc.
Manage employee payroll and benefits, including broker/ vendor relationships, enrollment, claims resolution, general employee inquiries, and invoice processing.
Lead the annual review process by partnering with management and employees to conduct training, providing advice throughout the process, and calibrate ratings and compensation with management.
Manage HRIS, including reporting, employee data changes, and requests.
Handle employee off-boarding, including exit interview, paperwork, system deactivation, final paycheck, equipment collection, etc.
Monitor all employee time off, including vacation and sick leave.
Maintain the employee work rules and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures.
Oversee administrative management office, including being the main point of contact for building management.
Participate in other team projects and company initiatives as need be.

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
