Job summary

PGS Global Forwarding India is seeking an HR professional to manage the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless HR operations in Delhi. The role oversees payroll processing, salary administration, benefits, and statutory compliance to support business growth.

You will develop HR strategies to boost engagement and handle grievances, maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and performance appraisal systems to ensure a fair and productive work environment.
