Karur Vysya Bank Limited is seeking a recruitment professional to work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and achieve competitive hiring goals. The role involves sourcing candidates through databases, portals and social media, and managing resumes, interviews, offers and onboarding.

The candidate will maintain candidate records, handle documentation and joining formalities, and help drive innovative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent for the bank.

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals and social media etc
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships
• Handling the documentation and offer letter release
• Joining formalities and on boarding process
