Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in process safety and HSE.
• Experience guiding designers on F&G layouts and HAC.
• Hands-on with hydraulic calculations and safety analyses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop HSE plans, philosophy, and documentation.
• Guide designers and review Fire & Gas layouts; prepare C&E charts.
• Perform hydraulic calculations (steady state & surge) using Pipenet.
• Use PHAST for consequence and risk analysis.
• Develop HAC schedules and guide HAC layout preparations.
• Prepare specifications, data sheets, and HSE engineering documents.
• Familiar with ADNOC HSE COP, UAE standards, and Oil & Gas company standards.
• Coordinate with Process, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and other disciplines.
• Review deliverables and provide HSE inputs.

Job Role: Process Safety /HSE Engineer

Experience:8 to 12 Years

Job Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and development of HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, and HSE documentation
• Experience in guiding designers and reviewing Fire & Gas (F&G) layout and preparing Cause & Effect charts
• Hands on experience in performing hydraulic calculations(steady state & Surge analysis) using Pipenet
• Hands-on experience using PHAST software for consequence analysis & RISK analysis
• Hands-on experience in developing Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) schedule and guiding designer for preparing HAC layout
• Preparation of Specifications, Data sheet, reports, and engineering documents for HSE system
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE COP & standards, oil & gas COMPANY standards and UAE Fire Code
• Coordination with Process, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and other engineering disciplines
• Experience in reviewing engineering deliverables and providing HSE inputs
