Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Surat, India, seeks an HSE Professional to prepare and release monthly HSE MIS reports and share safety statistics with the CEO Office and other leadership teams. You will coordinate with project sites and HR and support digital initiatives like online incident reporting and dashboards, while ensuring statutory HSE compliance and awards submissions.

This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination across functions, and ability to maintain records for long-term HSE

Responsibilities

• Prepare and release Monthly HSE MIS Report
• Share Safety Statistics / Safety Moment / HSE Reports / Presentations with CEO Office in required formats for Customer Meet, Business Strategy Meet, Board Meeting Review etc.
• Assist internal HR as well as Corporate HR Team for award application, training details and other required information
• Send monthly safety stats and reports to EHS Corporate Council coordinators
• Submit HSE Inputs for BD/PQ at Group Level and for specific business units
• Support and Review for Ongoing Digital HSE Initiatives with IT/ Digital team - Online Incident Reporting, Management Dashboard, etc.
• Quarterly HSE Meeting with all HSE Heads for business HSE performance and further action plan
• Coordination with project sites and other HSE team for HSE reports and records
• On the behalf of Company, review and apply for Domestic and International Safety and Environment Awards
• Prepare Quarterly Statutory HSE Compliance Report
• Prepare Quarterly HSE Report and send to Finance, Corporate Office and CEO Office
• Regularly update 3 & 5 Yrs. statistics and records
• Onboard safety training to new recruits
• Enabling New EHS Initiatives - Defining functional requirement, SOW, vendor meet, product demo and do feasibility analysis
• Prepare and revise Company HSE Procedure, Checklist and Formats
• Assist and support to team members as and when required for significant work
