Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking an experienced HRIS specialist to implement Zoho and Workday systems, configure HCM, Payroll and Recruiting modules, and manage integrations. The role includes running UAT/SIT, supporting go-live, automating workflows, creating dashboards, and training users to ensure smooth adoption.

The ideal candidate will have strong Zoho and Workday skills, automation knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with experience in GCC/shared services

Qualifications

• Experienced HRIS specialist with strong Zoho & Workday skills.
• Integration expertise across HRIS platforms and middleware.
• Automation knowledge for end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on issues resolution.
• Experience in GCC/shared services environments.
